You can use this solution on any handheld that uses Palm OS. Examples of such handhelds are Palm, Handspring Visor, Sony Clie, IBM Workpad etc.

No, you cannot. FrontSupport's database integration with the Palm's SmartList To Go  database is a read only integration. You cannot create new issues on the Palm because the SmartList To Go  interface does not have any application logic built into it to create new issues.
